1)  Height

Your height changes as the time changes. When you wake up in the morning you’re one inch taller. This happens as when you’re asleep fluids seep in your spinal discs and makes you taller but the stress of moving around all day releases the fluids making you shorter again.

2) Tickling

When someone else tickles the immediate reaction unknowingly is laughter and excitement. But when you tickle yourself or someone else tickles you but you know it then the reaction is quite the opposite.  This is because your brain anticipates expected tickles and their effect is null while the unexpected ones really crack you up.

3) Brain

People say wisdom comes with age. While this might be the case but we do not get intelligent as we grow old. You burn around 1000 brain cells everyday as your brain keeps working continuously day and night.

Breathing is a natural process that we don’t notice doing. Breathing through our nostrils properly is quite powerful.
